Acid Adjusted Apple Juice

Brings a nice sour apple punch to any drink

Recipe: Acid-Adjusted Apple Juice (Sour Apple Juice)

Ingredients:

• 8 oz apple juice

• 5 g malic acid (about 1 tsp)

• 2.5 g citric acid (about ½ tsp)

Build:

1. Combine all ingredients in a plastic squeeze bottle.

2. Seal and shake thoroughly until fully dissolved.

3. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
