C&C(Cast Iron and Cocktails) Seasoning Blend

Simple, Versatile, and Full of Flavor

The Cast Iron and Cocktails seasoning blend, also known as C&Csoning (you see what I did there?), is a house staple

Note: To make a bigger batch, replace the tsp for parts. 1Tbsp = 3 tsp

Recipe: Cast Iron and Cocktails Seasoning Blend (C&Csoning)

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp chili powder

• 1 Tbsp paprika

• 1 tsp cayenne

• 2 tsp garlic powder

• 2 tsp onion powder

• ½ tsp MSG

• 2 tsp salt

• 2 tsp pepper

Process:

1. Combine all ingredients in an airtight container.

2. Shake well to mix thoroughly.

3. Store in the cabinet and use as needed.

This blend works on just about everything from meats and veggies to eggs and Bloody Maries.
